Christian F.J. Waier is a naturopath, Master of Science in Chiropractic and one of Europe's leading chiropractors.
In his chiropractic practice in Munich , he and his team treat people of all ages every day – over the years there have been several thousand patients.
As the founder of the Brain Based Chiropractic Academy, Christian Waier teaches in Germany, England, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA and inspires chiropractors, naturopaths and doctors for a modern, brain-based way of chiropractic.
He is also active as a lecturer for the Danube/Krems University.
Chiropractic is more than just a profession for me – it's a way of life to inspire people to live a healthier and preventative lifestyle . Moving away from symptomatic disease control to the model of caring for the pillars of health: disorder-free nervous system, nutrition, sleep, mental well-being, exercise.
Chiropractic, in my opinion, helps to balance the chronic stress of modern everyday life and to bring people into their energetic center to make them more resistant to the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Recent research has shown that realigning the spine significantly alters the brain.[1][2]
The spine is surrounded by hundreds of tiny muscles and millions of nerves that constantly tell the brain what is happening in the body, and you could say it's like the "antenna to the brain."
Through new stimuli, such as adjustments to certain areas of the spine , we can send input impulses into the brain like input impulses to clear up areas that are disturbed.
This is the basis for healing in the body, as the superordinate control center of the body, the brain, can once again communicate with all cells without interference.
Chiropractic is therefore the master tool for a trouble-free nervous system and for creating neuroplasticity.
