At the beginning of January, I went to Chiropraxis Waier because of my posture problems and the pain they caused. Even at my first appointment, I felt that I was really being listened to and taken seriously. They took a lot of time to understand what was going on in my body.
After the examination, the treatment process was explained to me in detail and a clear treatment plan was drawn up. Everything was very professional.
I could feel a change after the very first adjustment treatment. I have now been going regularly for about two months and have actually seen some of my symptoms disappear—problems that I thought would be with me forever. I wake up in the morning pain-free and refreshed, I can move much more freely when exercising, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall health.
Pia has a very special energy. She works incredibly competently and professionally, while at the same time making you feel comfortable and safe at all times. She also attaches great importance to getting feedback from patients, which I really appreciate.
A big thank you also for easily accommodating my request to communicate in English during the first few sessions – that helped me a lot.
The atmosphere in the practice is also very pleasant and relaxing. When I had to reschedule my appointments, it was always very easy—many thanks to Hannah for that! It's also practically impossible to forget an appointment: you get an overview of all your appointments from the start, and reminders are sent out in advance. That helped me a lot.
The entire team is very friendly, understanding, and really committed to helping patients. They are also very pleasant to deal with – conversations with them are always enjoyable.

I never would have thought how much my everyday life and my attitude toward life could change thanks to holistic treatment, especially in the cervical spine area. Tension headaches used to be almost normal for me—now they're gone. My breathing is freer, my body feels much more flexible, and my period pains are barely noticeable. Even the discomfort in the soles of my feet has improved significantly. I sleep better, feel more relaxed, and have much more energy overall. Here, they don't just "crack" your bones, they really listen and provide holistic treatment. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to do something good for their body and get rid of annoying complaints! Of course, the complaints don't disappear after a single treatment; it's a process...
Highly recommended! This team provided me with perfect support in preparing for bodybuilding competitions and reliably "put my body back on track" when training and stress took their toll. Everyone is great, but Pia deserves extra praise: she really has magic hands and knows exactly what works for me (1.95 m tall, heavy, lots of muscle). Especially if you're taller, heavier, and more muscular than average, they're worth their weight in gold. As soon as I have more time, I'll be back without hesitation.
€65 for a 5-minute treatment is extortionate, even for Munich. At the beginning of the treatment, you agree on the number of treatment sessions. However, it is not mentioned that these are only 5 minutes long, nor that you sit in line with other patients for mass treatment. Very unfortunate... I'm afraid I can't recommend it. The service from the receptionist was good, though.

The well-being of the patient seems to be the top priority, but in reality it is financial profit. At least that's how it appeared to me after two treatments: General invoices are sent by email after the treatment (even though I checked the box for postal delivery on the questionnaire?!), which cannot be covered in full by private health insurance and subsidies. For full reimbursement, the date and time of the listed procedures would be necessary, including various explanations. According to the telephone operator, however, "individual invoicing is not possible due to time constraints. Multiple items must be billed in one invoice, otherwise the fee target will not be achieved." A treatment plan with a cost overview could not be issued upon request either. No reasons were given.
The inflexibility, lack of patient focus, and "superficiality" led me to cancel an already agreed third appointment by telephone. This was accepted without any reaction or interest in the "why," which ultimately reinforced my assessment.
After one appointment with him, I am unable to evaluate Mr. Waier's professional competence. The general length of stay in the practice is limited to a few minutes.
I visited Chiropraxis Waier for the first time last week—I was and still am absolutely thrilled. The treatment is very individually tailored, and I felt completely at ease.
